of VacuPoro
The Invisible Hero of Production
The workday begins, the first machines hum to life, orders start coming in – and me? I’m already up and running! As VacuPoro, I’m the invisible helper in production, making it effortless to move heavy, air-permeable materials like particleboard, MDF, or OSB panels. While the team focuses on their tasks, I take the strain off their shoulders.
My high-performance blower with flywheel mass ensures that I can securely lift and transport loads of up to 1,000 kg horizontally. No slipping, no shifting – just reliable suction power!
Suddenly: A power outage!
But no need to panic – I stay cool. My integrated check valve keeps the load securely in place. Even if the vacuum weakens or a malfunction occurs, I immediately signal it with an acoustic alarm to prevent accidents. After all, safety comes first!
Ergonomics? No problem!
Next task: Our new apprentice is about to work with me. But the control handle is set for someone 1.95 meters tall. Luckily, I can adapt! My ergonomic control handle is easily adjustable, ensuring that anyone can operate me comfortably – no matter their height.
Full control – even when tilting
Around midday, things get tricky: A large panel needs to be lifted and tilted 90°. Perfect – time for my special mode! I switch to VacuPoro VP-90E, my integrated tilting cylinders activate, and just like that – the load is safely and precisely moved into position.
Even a hero needs care
Throughout the day, I withstand dust, dirt, and temperature fluctuations. But even I need a little break sometimes. Regular maintenance keeps me in top shape – after all, I want to perform at my best every single day! Once cleaned and inspected, I shine in full glory and am ready for my next task.
Another successful day comes to an end. But tomorrow? I’ll be back – ready for any challenge that comes my way! 💪
