The survey clearly showed us where colleagues saw room for improvement. The most common suggestions included better food and drink options, more shared activities, and improved company communication.

After analyzing the survey, our leadership team came together. They deliberated on the decision with almost as much intensity as the conclave in Rome choosing a Pope, though the only "white smoke" here was from their thinking caps. And the result was worth it: improvements were implemented quickly.

The first change appeared directly on social media. (If you haven’t visited us there yet, you’ll find the links  to our social media accounts below). Often mocked, beloved, and the subject of much humor: the fruit basket. We now provide it for our employees to enjoy freely.

But don’t worry—it didn’t stop at a fruit basket! 😉

We also fulfilled a frequently mentioned wish: a snack vending machine stocked with brain fuel was centrally placed. The afternoon slump doesn’t stand a chance now!

Alongside this, we’ve been offering bottled water for free to our employees for several months now—either chilled or unchilled, depending on their preference.
