Fezer up close
Insights for the
professionals
of tomorrow
Recently, we had special visitors at Fezer in Altbach: two representatives from the “Mein Campus” team of the University of Stuttgart, Vaihingen campus, came to visit us with a camera and plenty of curiosity. Their goal was to capture our daily work as authentically as possible and give future graduates a true impression of what they can expect at Fezer.
During their visit, numerous short video clips were recorded, which will soon be shown as 5 to 10-second sequences on the digital info screens at the Vaihingen campus. These brief sequences present in a compact and concise way what defines us:
Innovative technology, experienced teams, and a working environment that encourages responsibility and personal initiative.
Behind the scenes of our production
The focus was on our employees and their everyday work: Whether designing new vacuum lifting devices, performing precise welding and assembly in production, or organizing processes in the office – the film crew was given comprehensive insights into our diverse operations. From the first idea at the drawing board to the finished product on the production line, we demonstrated how teamwork, expertise, and technology go hand in hand at Fezer.
Career opportunities for students and graduates
With this initiative, we aim to specifically address students and graduates who are interested in technology and hands-on tasks. Our entry opportunities are especially attractive for students majoring in mechanical engineering, design engineering, industrial engineering, and business administration.
Whether as an internship, working student position, or direct entry – at Fezer, exciting projects, independent work, and an environment that actively supports both professional and personal development await you.
We are very pleased with the collaboration with the University of Stuttgart and hope that through this initiative, we can inspire many young talents to join us in shaping the future of ergonomic lifting technology.
