The World Visits Altbach
It’s been five years since
the last Fezer Representatives’
Conference
At the end of September, our global distributors once again gathered in Altbach. Two days filled with new product introductions, knowledge refreshers, and training. We’re not giving away too much when we say—it was worth it for all of us!
The first morning began with a relaxed meet-and-greet and a tour of the company. Everyone had ample time to introduce themselves, creating a friendly and open atmosphere. After a shared lunch break with Italian pizza, we got down to business: training sessions focused on vacuum lifting devices and process improvements. The day ended with traditional German food in beautiful medieval Esslingen.
The following morning, our representatives got hands-on with our latest products. The planned new color scheme for our tube lifters sparked some interesting conversations.
That evening, we invited not only our representatives but also our colleagues to the Wasen/Oktoberfest in Stuttgart. This grand finale turned the conference into a shared event for everyone. Once each attendee had their first beer in hand, even those new to this type of celebration felt the festive atmosphere. Of course, some of us ventured onto the rides, enjoying thrills and laughs on the ghost train.
Between lederhosen, dirndls, beer, and party music, everyone had a great time, and employees and representatives grew closer—literally and figuratively—on the beer benches.
Our representatives returned home with plenty of new information and impressions, and we took away valuable feedback and suggestions for improvements.
The time together not only strengthened business relationships but also made us feel more like a big team. Here’s to continued successful and collaborative work ahead!
